Summary: Excellent example of a "Double" Induction --- And It WORKS.
Review: I didn't know what I had for years. I borrowed this tape 7 years ago from an acquaintance who never wanted it back. Just recently I became very interested in self-hypnosis and began listening to this tape to see how it works. On Side B, Dr. Pulos uses two voices, one in the right channel and another in the left, two very similar but differently worded hypnotic inductions running simultaneously. While listening with stereo headphones, one can easily "trance out". I did and I must add that the suggestions were not pushy at all. The speakers' reassuring voices simply invited me to trust my subconscious to do the right things. Sounds trite, but dude, it worked! I did act more deliberately and calmly in work and social situations; I was not second-guessing myself as much. I noted these results after listening to the tape several times a week for about two weeks. Too Cool.
