Summary: Words to Hear for A Troubled Sprit
Review: The first communication we know is the spoken word. The first words we hear are our parential commands of what we should do. The Hazelden spoken words touch my spirit in a way no written work can. Hearing "Promise of a New Day" cuts though all the negative commands that live in my head. With these spoken words, I can replace all the spoken words that hurt my spirit from the past. They do give me a promise that I can live, work and function though this day.
