Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Could Change You Into a Winner!
Review: Dr. Posen's tape is one of my favorites. It needs to be listened to over and over. No panaceas, inner-childs, etc., just some home-spun wisdom from a physician turned stress and life management counselor. The key idea in this tape is the "losing game." A losing game is any game where the costs outweigh the benefits. He talks about the various losing games people play. For instance, in lifestyle losing games, he talks about why smoking, overeating, and caffeine consumption are losing games. He tells us to change a losing game we must make trade-offs. A trade-off, for example, is to give up late-night television for a rested body. He gives us simple advice on little things that we sought of all know but don't put into practice.
