Summary: Simply Superb!
Review: Every now and then, a book comes along destined to truly change the life of the reader. This one is it. From angry pulpits, preachers bellow in loud tones about "how to live." They yell, scream, exort, intimidate, and ridicule. In short, they attempt to scare us into submission. Quiet conversely, Og Mandino, speaks to the best in us-reminding us that each of us has greatness and goodness inside us awaiting our own discovery. No matter where you are or what your circumstance, this book will speak to you as few ever could. Read and enjoy!

Review: For those of us whose dreams have been dashed, our strength diminished and our hearts broken, and yet there is but a string left that we grasp on to. That my friend, is all that Og Mandino, his words and his message needs to raise us back to the mountain top where we once stood many years ago viewing our life and it's potential for peace, harmony and (yes) GREATNESS (if you please). Alas our dreams and ambitions restored and invigorated beyond our wildest dreams and aspirations! But of whom or what do we speak you ask! OURSELVES! My beloved OURSELVES! What we had, was not "lost" and now merely "found" again, but rather recovered, reclaimed and repossessed ..we no longer have to believe the lies and cheat ourselves any longer, not beyond this very moment ..but rather rise up, treat ourselves "well" and watch the MIRACLE HAPPEN

Summary: This book will change your life for the better
Review: God led me to this book on 3/4/80 when I was in the midst of the greatest depression of my life. I was "moved" to go to a bookstore in the mall I was working in and guided directly to this book. At the time I was in the process of losing everything I owned because of the deep recession of that time. I followed the directions in the book to the letter. My life has never been the same.

Review: I enjoyed the book very much until I read the letter in Chap. VIII. It mentions an amulet. An amulet is of the occult.This disturbed me very much.

Review: I finished reading this book just a few minutes ago & found it to be a wonderful read. It deals with humanity's need for a healthy dose of self-esteem from a Godly perspective. This, however, can in no way replace God's actual memorandum to the world in the form of His immutable, undeniable Word of God- which some parts of this book paraphrase and allude to. This hopeful, encouraging work of fiction is commendable also as it points people in an upward direction in order for them to move forward. This book- seen in the light for what it truly is- will help many. But only those who accept the atoning work of Jesus will truly be "saved" & thus enabled to love their neighbor as they love themselves. It reminds me of a type of John the Baptist who served to prepare the way of the Lord & to teach the concept of repentace so when the Messiah started His ministry many were prepared to receive Him.

Summary: It's an odd book, but interesting, little book.
Review: I found the author tells a good story, but what "turned me off" is that he wastes time by constantly promoting other books he had written, right in the story line. I did not appreciate that type of cheap promoting---especially when it was done over and over again.

This book is Life changing and once you read it you will NEVER forget it. I have given copies of this book to many people and once you read it you will want to share it too!!! I love this book It's so well written and such a beautiful story!!! If you buy it you will not be sorry it's worth whatever price you pay for it!!!

Summary: A message at the most needed time
Review: I have not been a spiritual person most of my life and when given the book doubted that I would finish it. I unbelievably found that I could not put it down. The message is strong and convincingly communicated. I will personally put the message to use starting today and hope that for the sake of humanity's future we can all begin our 100 day journey to back to buliding our Heaven on Earth.
