Summary: PLease,Please Please read this book
Review: "Please Please Please" is a great book. As soon as you open the book you are immediatly drawn in. The main Character Babysitter was a smart yet sly sister and she wasnt lying when she said she always gets what she wants. This book is an experience not to forget, even though you may have that bestfriend which always had your back in the past doesnt mean she will in the future especially if she is out for your man. I definitly recommend this book the characters are up to date, the setting is reality, and the change of emotions are unlimited. If your looking for an entertaining book to read that will keep you interested "Please, Please Please" wont let ya down.

Summary: A Must Read!!
Review: This book was really good. Baby Sister is selfish and self-centered and doesn't stop to get what she wants and doesn't care about hurting her friends. This book is great and I would read it again.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: More than 1 lesson learned
Review: While reading the first few chapters of this book, my feeling was that of unconcealed disgust. It's one thing for a women to "unknowingly" fall in love with another woman's man. But in the case of Babysister, to plot and scheme and literally take your best friend's (Deborah) man (Darren) right from under her nose was completely unexcusable...even for a work of fiction.

Babysister obviously had her share of misfortune. When she was all but a little girl, Babysister witnessed firsthand the accident that killed her mother. It was from that point on that her father let her get away with any and everything...just because he felt maybe, just maybe, it would "help" her. As he discovered in her adult live, what he thought would be helpful turned out to be oh so hurtful. It proved to be the basis of all the selfishness of Babysister.

The sad part is that Babysister is such a smart and witty "sistah" with little to no self-confidence. She thought she had minipulated her father all those years so probably this is why she thought she had to continue seeking acceptance in men. As the story progressed, it started to become more interesting and enjoyable. Her friend Lisette is a trip and adds great humor to the book. Her brother and his issues shows what he had to deal with growing up in Babysister's shadow. Also reading how Deborah handles Babysister is truely a testimony to friendship and maturity. I think one thing that would truly have helped Babysister on her road to maturity and self-esteem would be first to have changed her name. Maybe as a tribute to her mother, take her Mom's first or middle name. By the end of the book, I was hopeful for Babysister, her family and her friends.

Summary: Please, Please, Please give us more!
Review: You're forced inside the head of the main character in this book, Babysister. And according to Babysister "What Babysister wants, Babysister gets." NOT, this book was the classic example of what goes around comes around, ghetto fabulous style, a must read.
