Review: I liked this book because it was not afraid to be gory and scary. I don't like many book, but I really liked this one. Kids who are not big readers will like Paul Zindel, my favorite author.

Summary: RAPTOR HAS GOOD MEAT!
Review: I thought this was one of the best books I have ever read, however, I'm not sure if I will ever read another Paul Zindel book again. The plot did not have enough meaning but was compelling at most times. I think that the book should go by slower than it did, but Raptor really did have good meat to it and I recommend it to everyone.

Review: If you are a busy person this is not the book for you because once you read this book you will not put it down intill you are finished. The action starts at the very begging and is constant throughout the whole book.Zacks Uncle stumbles apon a raptor egg he is attacked by the mother of the egg and is almost killed. Zach and Uta go to find what was up there. They bring the egg home and it hatches. The mother raptor breakes into the house and Zach is forced to return the babby raptor. Zach finds out that there is more to that cave than there seems. This book is a non stop action packed thriller that you will not be able to put down.

Review: If you don't mind a little grossness and dinosours this is your book! It's an asome Book! This kid named Zack finds out the secret of the mine shafts in silver moutain. He finds this egg at the cave entrance. When it hatches it's a RAPTOR! He finds the horrindis forms of raptors in the mine shafts. It's a garanted carnivorus adventure!!!

Summary: Good for laughs, at least. . .
Review: Perhaps I may be outside this book's target audience (being a nineteen year-old college dropout with an interest in dinosaurs as animals, not bloodthirsty killing machines, and books written by someone with a degree of actual talent), but I'm barely into the second chapter and I already hate it. Please, if you value your brain, do not read this book. If you crave good dino-fiction, read Dinotopia Lost by Alan Dean Foster, Jurassic Park by Micheal Crichton, ANYTHING but this. If all you want is blood and gore, then by all means, pick this one up.

Review: Raptor is a great book about a boy named Zack whose dad found what appears to be an actual raptor egg. On his way out of the cave he was attacked by its mother. When they found him, they thaught there had been an avalanche. His son Zack went back with his friend Uta, a native Indian, and found the egg. They took it home and that's when the trouble started, the egg hatched.
This book is filled with nothing but action. It's a real thriller and I recommend this book to anyone who likes an action packed adventure. I just have to give Paul Zindel 5 stars and say that this is some of his best work.

Climbing the shafts of Silver Mountain, finding whole new species of animals, and most terrifying of all, discovering a herd of living raptors! This book is Thrilling and exciting. It is awesome because there is always something exhilarating going on. It's suspenseful you never know what's going to happen next. The book is full of action, from having a living raptor in your living room to encountering one out on the road in your jeep. When I asked my brother about the book he said "I found it cool because lots of cool and almost deadly events happened in this book." This book is kind of scary and inappropriate for little kids. But the book is great for older kids. The scary parts keep you on the edge of yours eat, and keeps the story going. There is an exception to this, my little brother. He loved it; when I asked him about the bad parts he couldn't think of any.

Review: Raptor was a great book. Raptor was greusome and kept you in suspense. The book wa about a paleontologistname Norak. Norak wife and a son. The paleontologist finds an egg. The egg beloned to the mother raptor. The raptor attacked Norak and he's found at the bottom of the cliff. Uta and a doctor finds him. The almbulance comes and takes him to the hospel ,but before he goes he says," Find it, Don't go into the cave!" No one knows there is a raptor in the cave, killing for it's young.

Summary: Jay's Raptor Review
Review: The story is about a named Zack, who finds an egg of a raptor. When it hatches, he loves it. He meets a girl named Uta. The mother raptor comes after them and takes her baby back. Zack and Uta go to the mountains to get the raptor back. The story is like a movie I saw called "Jurassic Park". It has a bunch of raptors in it. It is scarey and exciting like the book. I love the book because it was exciting.It was scary. It really is a great book for people in my age group.It is gory but good.It was hard to read but good. I recommend this book to kids between 12 to 19.It is a little gory and also hard to read.It is a good book to read.
