Summary: A very touching and powerful story
Review: Alison Young has a secret and has lived her life behind a curtain so to speak. Everyone believes they know who she is but only her and the reader knows. Becoming a mother at a young age, she finally finds heaven a wonderful husband and a career worthy of anyone person. However, something from her past comes to haunt her- not only does it haunt but it brings up feelings that she had hoped to leave behind.

I am leaving things out on purpose. However this book is very heartfelt and a emotional roller coaster. Saban is able to pull the reader into her story and make her feel the very things that most would feel if this person was sitting right across from you. She talks about a very touchy, sensitive, and controversial subject but writes it so well that you are able to get through the book without putting it down.

I didn't cry in this book and at times I felt the character helplessness was sometimes aggravating but then when Alison's secret is out you are saddened and understand why it took her so long to tell it. The reactions were all horrific but all REAL.

I recommend this book for anyone looking for a nice fictional but supsense book.
