Review: I'm sorry but I have to disagree with everyone who is giving this 5 stars. I give Tionne her props for her honesty and for talking about some interesting issues...but frankly, I've seen better poems on a Hallmark card. If these poems didn't have so much heart, I would have given this a ZERO STARS because I really think the poetry needs a lot of work.

I couldn't wait to get this book because of the great reader reviews it was getting here...I am soooooo glad I read all the poems BEFORE buying it because there's not much there I would want to read again. If you are a TLC fan or you really have a passion for these subjects, you'll probably enjoy the book. But if you are someone who studies poetry, you might be disappointed. I give anyone, especially a sista, props for writing down her feelings and discovering the writer inside...I just don't think EVERYONE who takes that step needs to be published and I sho' don't think people should have to pay for it! Tionne, keep doin' your thang, but next time you might want to have an experienced poet help you with some editing so that your poems live up to the beauty in your heart.

Review: In "Thoughts," Tionne (T-Boyz) describes the difficult obstacles that she had to go through before she finally hit it big with TLC. By expressing her most inner thoughts through essays and poems, TLC lets her fans catch a glimpse of her strong and enduring character. Her story is one of perseverence and courage, and anyone who has faced any type of hardship will find it particularly inspiring.

Review: Ok. I have loved poetry since 14 years of age! Poetry means allot to me. So naturally I thought to add this book to my collection. She expresses some of what I have. Just in different words. This book is very essential! I would recommend it to anyone, especially young adults!

Summary: Thinking "Thoughts" will be a HIT!
Review: Poetry is an expression of life and love, and when you read the poems with the photos to the side, you see how the poem becomes stronger.

The photos bring out poems like "Unpretty" where she is shown looking in a mirror, with a face of ugliness and disgust, and a photo of a lemon next to the poem called "bitter", the list goes on, the graphics are off the hook, not to mention the mass photos of T-Boz and so many other artist and friends and family.

But when u read the autobiograhical essays, the poems come out so much better, and you get really deep into the mind of T-Boz Watkins, and know how she has lived an amazing life of hardships and happiness! She has been through so much, not just public TLC stuff, there is so much more that makes her stronger!

Me as a fan of TLC for a decade now , have grown to love each member more, and I am just happy that T-Boz decided to share her thoughts to her fans! (Check my name, Shawn Taquan Anderson!)

I had the pleasure of meeting Tionne, when she signed my T-Boz 2000 calender backstage at MTV's TRL, and she is as nice as everyone says, and TLC is truly about the fans, it shows so much!

Review: She is a great writer. Her poems come right from her heart and thats cool. I read thoughts like 3 times already and I have only had it for a week. Its a great book. Has some color pictures thats cool too. Her poems actully mean something. It has color pics of her friends and her and her family. Its a great book

Review: T-Boz has really inspired and helped me with her book! I too had ( and still have) lots of problems. I didn't know how to cope with them, but through T-Boz' help, I learned to write down my problems in forms of poems. She has helped me to live a brighter day thanks to TLC's music and ofcourse Tionne's "Thoughts".
