Summary: WOW!
Review: A tremendously enjoyable novel. Like real people each character has a distinct personality. Bitsy peppers her stories with French phrases and Violet's voice will break your heart. I stayed up all night reading it.

Summary: Great Companion to the Ya-Yas!
Review: If you enjoy the books of Rebecca Wells you will LOVE this author's books, too. These gals have a special kind of magic. Crazy Ladies is about mothers and daughters and the love [and secrets] that bind three generations of women. It made me call my mom.

Summary: SO MUCH FUN TO READ!
Review: Suggested Instructions: Buy this book. Take it with you to bed. Bring lots of food and beverages. Lots of pillows and a handkerchief. Turn off the phone. Weep when you turn the last pages.

Summary: As Good As It Gets
Review: This book haunts me. It's my all time favorite book about women, families, sisters. Also it brings the 60's to life. I have worn it out underlining passages and folding down pages. I would get a hardback if i could find one. I've read it five maybe six times. I called up my girlfriends and my mother and read to them. We laughed out loud but I was heartbroken to see it end.

Summary: Depressing plot and self-conscience writing
Review: I did not enjoy this book. I kept reading in hopes that it would get better. It didn't. The characters are not likable and the different voices they are written in don't ring true, instead they get in the way. The characters do not grow or learn from their mistakes and I stopped caring about all of them pretty early. Altogether a disappointing experience.

Summary: Worthless book; complete and utter waste of time.
Review: Totally predictable and shallow. I find it hard to believe that anyone compares this book with "The Diviine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood". Sisterhood is well written and a pleasure to read. "Crazy Ladies" is a tremendous disappointment.

Summary: What a wonderfoul book! I was so sad that it ended!
Review: This is not the typical book that you would find me attracted to, I would normally consider it a bit "fluffy". BUT...... I loved it. I found myself gripping the book at every chance i got. Finished in less than 2 days, and I dont read during the day...One of the best books I've read in a really long time. Please read this book! I was really sad that it ended.

Summary: Characters developed so fully, you'll think they're real!
Review: Although they're all flawed, and many of them are hard to love, the character in Michael Lee West's Crazy Ladies are so fully developed they could be living next door. This book opens your eyes to the difference between the way we see are selves and the way we are perceived by those around us. That is exactly what brings each of her characters to life. The story is also riveting and fully realized. Just an amazing piece of modern fiction. Truly a labor of love.

Summary: Loved it!
Review: I read this book last Saturday and recommend it to everyone! I especially liked the mother/daughter relationships. Can't wait to read her next book!

Summary: WORE MY FINGERS OUT TURNING THE PAGES
Review: This book ROCKS honey. There are characters you love and those you love to hate. Its one of those books you worry and think about long after youve finished. Better than the "Yah Yah Sisterhood" which its been compared to.

Go read it girlfriends!
