Review: I did not get much out of this cassete. I felt that the author spent too much time recommending silly gimmicks (creating a slogan, adopting a mascot, carrying around an object that reminds you of your fight against low self esteem) instead of providing substance.

Summary: Build Your Self-Esteem, audio tape
Review: I thought this tape was very helpful. It gave insights into why self esteem is an important issue and provided actionable ideas for improving your self esteem. The tape was easy to follow. It gave me some new ways to look at situations. I intend to order the tape for my siblings. Some books on personal growth are either involved and complex to follow or they make you feel like you are really broken. This book seemed to me to be for "normal" people who are working to improve their lives. I recommend it.
