Summary: Action packed--awesome read.
Review: One of his best ones since his first two. It is full of action that never stops. I would definitely suggest this book to any person that is even in the slightest interested in SPECWAR thrillers. I give this ten stars and three thumbs up. Keep it up Richard!!!!

Summary: A definite must have!!!!! Jam packed with action!!!!
Review: One of his most exciting books ever. I would close my eyes and be transported to the middle of the scene that Marcinko set. Any more real I and I might have been injured myself. I hope the "Old Rogue Warrior" Keeps putting books out. He should put his books on the big screen. A definite sellout!!!!! I cannnot go on enough.

Summary: If you liked other Marcinko works, you won't be disappointed
Review: Option Delta is another Marcinko action packed tale. Easy to follow, you'll keep turning the pages to the completion of this OP. The old Rogue offers plenty of action which contains enough realism to make the story read like non fiction. Marcinko spins yarns of brave patriots who put their lives on the line, not for money or recognition, but for duty, honor and country. This makes for great "excapist" reading in today's PC, touchy-feely, eco-friendly world. Hey Marcinko - how about spinning your next theme around a crooked CIN who need a little "Roguish" aa?

Summary: Fun read, but...
Review: Option Delta is everything you've come to expect from the Rogue Warrior. Action-packed and fun to read, written in trademark no-holds-barred style. Two points I'd like to make, however: First, how about not referring to women by the p-word in 99% of the cases? It would make for a pleasant change. And second - if you want to throw in some German, PLEASE make sure you get it right!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Great Story! Predictable but great addition to the series.
Review: Option:Delta has every thing that Marcinko's fans have come to expect from his novels. Fast paced, gritty action, accurate details of specwar techniques, well researched locations, and a general feeling of fun and comraderie between Marcinko and his team of shooters. Although the plot of Dick meets Billonaire, Dick threatens Billionare, Dick kills Billionare is getting old, the book is still an enjoyable read from cover to cover. Keep up the good work, Dick. HOO-YAH!!

Summary: Marcinko writes a cool action book
Review: Richard Marcinko strikes again. His rough-and-tumble language add to the action and thrills of this book. And his years with SEAL Team SIX give him authenticity that most authors con't even compare with. Get this book if you are a military buff or just like nonstop action.

Summary: Marcinko & Weisman back in top form
Review: Sure, the Rogue Warrior series is formulaic and predictable, but then so were Louis L'Amour's westerns. They're nevertheless exhilarating reads and great projections of larger-than-life heroism, as are the Rogue Warrior books. We're not talking about great world literature here, but neither genre ever pretended to be high art.~~~"Option Delta" and "Seal Force Alpha" mark a decisive rebound from the lackluster "Destination: Gold", with Marcinko and Weisman back in slam-dunk storytelling form. The only downside to "Option Delta" is the flashback scene in which the Rogue Warrior himself uses the threat of torture against a no-goodnik - something which he condemned uncategorically (properly so,) way back in "Red Cell". 'Bad contradiction on a serious ethical point. Otherwise "Option Delta" is one of the best of the Rogue books, a great page-turner with a thoroughly plausible scenario. And as always, it's loaded with sobering and refreshingly blunt commentary on the dilapidated state of America's military under the two-ring-circus that is Clinton/Gore.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: This is starting to seem a bit formulaic
Review: Take "Task Force Blue" and move it from America to Germany, and you have a very similar novel. Same sort of "billionaire industrialist trying to take over the nation with the support of various dissident groups" plot. It's still a good read and full of action, but I had hoped for a more distinctive plot.

Summary: Slight Dip
Review: The Marauders were at it again but the action wasn't sustained. Too many down times kept my bookmark busy. Reading Echo Platoon--One of the Best! Action has picked up substantially!
