Summary: A Dark Devotion [UNABRIDGED]
Review: This was my first encounter with this author and I loved the book. The contrast between Norfolk and London was well drawn, the vivid description brings Norfolk to life. The characters are believable, but perhaps the women are stronger and more 'real' than the men. The plot is good, not too obvious - but not exhausting! I will certainly read more from this author. I am less certain about Harriet Walter the narrator, I did not find her voice very easy to listen to, and I did not feel she had sufficient range to do justice to the reading.
