Summary: Great book by a real Naval Officer
Review: "All the Tea" is a page turner! I thoroughly enjoyed the story, the pacing, and the characters of this truly unique novel. It has to be the first Naval Reserve novel in this genre. The plot is timely and fresh. The characters make you love, hate, cheer and boo.

I recommend this to anyone who loves Naval or international intrigue. It is a winner.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A Great Read!!!
Review: All the Tea is great! It has a strong plot, engaging characters, and enough realism to make you wonder. The author leaves the door open for additional books with the same characters, and I can't wait until they are available.

The story has enough intersecting sub-plots to keep things interesting, but maintains a strong basic story line throughout. Overall, this is a great read that I highly recommend.

Summary: All the Tea
Review: All the Tea is just what I've waited for. Ken Carodine is in the league of techno-thriller authors of Robert Ludlum, Clive Cussler, and Tom Clancy. Well written and believable, it had me on the edge of my seat. Where's the next one?

Summary: Nail Biter full of Intrigue!
Review: All the Tea, by Ken Carodine, kept me on the edge of my seat! Follow the hero on this fast paced international thriller. You'll be absorbed by all of the twists and turns and find yourself up at all hours of the night trying to outsmart and out maneuver his adversaries. I was biting my nails for Ben and his new family, hoping for the best outcome.

It's the author's first published work, and I'm eagerly anticipating the next one.

Summary: A Real Page Turner
Review: Commander Ken Carodine (yes, this gent is a Naval Reserve Officer) has produced a wonderful, well paced, finely constructed military thriller. The plot is virtually flawless, every twist and turn is plausible. The characters are deftly developed, with each individual's past subtlely combined with the action. Ken's prose is crisp and descriptive, portraying the details without bogging down the reader's interest. I would not be surprised to find All The Tea the focus of a Hollywood studio in the near future.

Summary: "All the Tea" is a Great Ride!
Review: Hi! I'm Ken Carodine, author of "All the Tea." Thanks for your interest in my book.

"All the Tea" is a fast-paced story filled with interesting characters, a very plausible plot, and technology. The book is set in the middle of today's ever evolving relationship with Mother China. I got the idea for the book several years ago, but only started it when science, as it usually does, caught up to me. The spectre of a new Cold War with China also serves as a great vehicle for placing America's premier fighting force, the U. S. Navy, in the thick of things.

My favorite characters in the book are Ben McGuire and Darren Ericksen. Both are professional Navy men; the former is an officer while the latter is a senior enlisted man. Both love the service, but due to personal issues, became Reservists. The McGuire character surprised me in that when I started this story I was looking to create a Black Jack Ryan©. However, I think you'll find Ben a fairly complicated person with a number of challenges: He's divorced, while trying to be a good father. He's in a successful second marriage while living only a short distance from his former spouse. He's attempting to live down a reputation for things he did as an active duty Navy officer while striving to continue serving his country as a Reservist. As for Darren, he is simply the most realistically heroic character ever created. I invite you to read the book to see if you agree.

"All the Tea," although my first published work, is my third effort. With a little luck and a good reception by you, there will be more to come.

I graduated from the Naval Academy in 1982. I spent almost nine years on active duty, serving in both the Aviation and Surface Navy communities. And yes, in case you're wondering, I am a Fallen Angel. Almost eighteen months after leaving active duty, I was recalled to participate in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm as a member of the Arabian Battle Force Commander's Battle Staff. For the last ten years, I've served as Naval Reservist. I'm currently serving as the Commanding Officer of a fifty-person unit that supports the Navy's Mine Warfare Commander.

When not at work solving problems for Metasolv Software's customers, I can be found hanging out with my family, playing golf, or writing.

I hope you'll enjoy "All the Tea" and recommend it to your friends.

Summary: Techno Adventure
Review: I read the book based on the reviews; I was not disappointed. The book it fast-paced with interesting characters that seem like real people with real problems we all experience today. The plot was intelligent with several unexpected twists. The Navy backdrop was interesting and believable because of the author's great attention to detail and knowledge.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It made me think about our relationship with China and how it continues to evolve. For me a good book leaves me thinking - this one is a real winner.

Summary: Techno Adventure
Review: I really got this book for my step-son in Michigan. He's a state trooper and really goes for the 'good triumphs over evil'.

I read through the first chapter just to be sure it seemed like something he'd like ... darned if I didn't get hooked. Wound up buying another copy so I could finish it.

It is soooooo nice to get a book like that. Doesn't happen often.
