Rating: Summary: Freberg is back with more Fun with History. Review: After 35 years, Stan Freberg's parody of American history returns. Hear Abe Lincoln tap-dancing before his psychiatrist, George Washington and his advertising agency promoting America with "Tele-Wagon", and Civil War generals comparing the size of their sabers (!) This double CD includes the first recording (with some material that didn't fit on the original LP record) and the new work. The new recording features Freberg, Tyne Daly, David Odgen Stiers, Sherman Hensley, Lorenzo Music and other great voice artists. It's suitable for all audiences - a delight for kids. The 1950's recording style (with orchestra stings on punchlines) may be a little off-setting for modern audiences, but it's worth getting used to.
