Review: I am a pilot for a major airline and I highly recommend this beautiful audio-book for anyone who suffers from anxiety and stress. I see a lot of people on my flights that have a fear of flying and I think this would really help them to overcome the stress and anxiety they experience in flight. But more than that, this would help anyone who feels anxious,stressed and out of sorts .

Review: I have suffered from panic attacks and anxiety for years. I have tried everything , including medication, with limited results. I purchased this recording and found that it taught me many useful skills that I use beyond the recording itself. I can now relax myself through difficult moments with more success than before. I have more confidence in handling panic, when it occurs, than I have in the past. It has really been a useful tool. I highly recommend it for anyone that feels out of control from stress.
