Review: I own several of Mr Bovenes tapes, but this is my favorite one. Just after listening to it once I found I was much calmer. This is a perfect tape to listen to at night to help release all the stress and anxiety that you have built up during the day.

Review: The quality of the recording is very poor and has ambiant sound all the way thru and is very distracting-Very poor duplicating quality.If you have heard a good meditation tape with a person who is skilled you will realize this is a weak attempt to change the listener. The induction is poor and the suggestions for change were usless. There are many People with huge following and they are followed for a reason I would suggest you use a reputable person or company for this kind of Help.
