Review: I took Betty Rae's workshop (for folks lucky enough to live around Detroit, MI) before reading the book. The book comes with tapes to help you take "control" of your spiritual journey. The "angels" will help you get there quicker and without the "dangers" of ignorant rushing where angels fear to tread! If you have only one spiritual guide book, make it this one.
