Review: After reading "Big Annie", my boys insisted on getting tug boats for Christmas. Then on Christmas morning, they took the rest of the family's presents out from under the tree and "delivered" them to each of us on their boats! This was a beautiful way to teach my sons about both Christmas selflessness and our family's history. The songs of the South meet the spirit of Christmas- it's a perfect combination of past and present African American culture.
