Review: I use video and audio tapes to supplement my yoga classes. The students enjoy the vibrant feeling they have at the end of this practice session. Initially the chanting feels strange to some of the students until they overcome their self consciousness. I like this audio very much. Many students have asked if Gurumarka has other tapes that they can practice with.

Review: It is not easy! But the benefits are spectacular. I started feeling really good in three days, and the sense of well-being now lasts 24 hours. Keep at it! I recommemd this tape to everyone.
