Summary: GOOD WEEKEND BOOK!!
Review: My best friend had recommended this book to me when it first came out. I have just recently finished this and I must say, it had my attention for 24 hours.

I don't want to say too much about the book since other reviews pretty much let you know what the book is about. What I can recommend is this....since the fall is upon us, curl up in a favorite chair and throw and read this book. You won't be disappointed.

Summary: Excellent read about true girlfriends
Review: Virginia and Donna on their first book did an excellent job portraying a true friendship.. I could not wait for their second book to come out and it finally has. I recommend this as a must read to everyone..

Summary: Friendship Supreme
Review: For anybody who has had a lifelong friendship this is a book for you. This book is the ultimate story of true friendship. It shows how people from different backgrounds can embrace their differences. It shows that even though friends my grow apart, real friends will always be there in the end.

Summary: One of the best!!!
Review: When I first read this book a couple of years ago, I was breath taken. I loved this book so much I had read it twice. Just the way you read this book and you feel like you know the characters personally. I had never read a book so enjoyable up to that time it made me want to read all the time. I just love their writting style. I just purchased Far From The Tree and I hope it's as good.

Summary: too many major set backs and not enough set ups
Review: this book was really a mouthful. it really made me think about life. my heart went out to pat. she seemed somewhat perplexed all the time, yet focused. i liked her drive and ambition but sometimes she's really take the long road. when on the other hand gayle, poor gayle. did what she thought she knew to do. i understand completely to be overly submissive in your marriage. but one of the things i noticed about gayle she lost her identity. and to be in a situation and not really know who to trust. i felt so sorry for her. at one point all i could do is cry. because sometimes life has so many major set back, and no so many major set ups. so i'm sure it was awfully hard for her. and then to run into her husband after all that time and all that had happened not knowing who she could really trust. i was really on edge. that's truly an experience i would not want to go through. but i have a few traumatic experiences of my own to fester on if i wanted to. i love reading because though i have lots and lots of friends it still seems as though i make knew friends each time i pick up a new book. i can read about 10 - 15 books a month. depending upon my mood. as soon as put one down i get another. and like this ones sometimes it doesn't end the way you would think. or it ends sooner than expected. i hate that.

Summary: MY FAVORITE BOOK
Review: I purchased this book at the airport in Atlanta, GA in Oct. 1997 while waiting for my ride. I was there to visit my best friend and Godson. I couldn't put the book down. Imagine being on vacation and not wanting to do anything but read a book. I read the book every chance I got. I stayed up late while everyone was sleeping and I finished it in 2 nights. This is my favorite book to this day. Pat and Gayle's story was so interesting. Just because you are best friends doesn't mean you have the exact same views on life. And you still love and respect each other. This was so true for Pat and Gayle in the end. I recommended this book to at least 10 others and they enjoyed it as just as much as I.

My best friend is not a big time reader, but she called me one day and told me that I had to read this really good book she was reading and I asked her for the title and she said... Tryin' to Sleep in the Bed You Made. I laughed and reminded her of the time when I visited in Oct. 1997 and she laughed because she remembered that I couldn't stop reading a certain book and to find out that this was the book she couldn't stop laughing.

Maybe this was boring to you, if so I'm sorry. I read this book for a 2nd time in July of this year and it was still as excellent as the 1st time. I've recently purchased Virginia and Donna's new book called Far From the Tree. So far it's excellent as well.

Tryin' to sleep in the Bed you Made is a MUST read.

Summary: Fantastic
Review: I read this book a couple of years ago. I just recently read this book again, it was so moving. I cried and laughed. This book was so good, that I read it in 2 days.

The love of friendship is powerful.

Marcus, Pat and Gayle were true friends. But it took them to grow apart to realize that, Friends are a true blessing.

I was pleased with the outcome.

This is one of those books, you hate to see end.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Can't wait for their next release
Review: I read this title about 2 years ago and loved it. I passed it on to several people (8) and they all loved the "Real" characters. When are the authors coming out with something new? I can't wait to see what they have in store for us, your audience. If the next one is any comparison I look forward to seeing you on the big screen. Great work. Now, When?

Waiting patiently - Sarah (Plano, TX)
