Review: ON BEHALF OF MY SISTAS (Diamond Click) I was given this book by a friend to read I enjoyed it so much that when it was stolen while I was in California I broke my neck trying to find a replacement I hit every bookstore from California to St.Louis until I returned home to PA to find this book (it was all sold out!!!!!!!!!) After I read it, laughed, cried I passed it on to My sisters who loved it and I went out to buy 3 more copies to send to some of my older sisters. I saw myself, my friends, my life in a lot of what I read so I am glad I could relate. LOVED IT!! LOVED IT!! LOVED IT!! LOVED IT!! I WISH I COULD PUT MORE THAN JUST 5 STARS. Ladies please continue to write, put out more books I will buy whatever you write. (Especially if we learn more of Pat & Marcus' relationship, the kids, you know more love)

Review: The two ladies were so easy to relate to. Every two girl relationship is so much like this, opposites attract, but love each other in spite of or because of their differences. I like the wrap up of characters in the end. You knew exactly what happened to each character. Marcus made you fall in love all over again.

Review: As I was reading through other customer reviews I noticed that there was no bad reviews about this book. When I first saw this book, I didn't want to read it, and just put it aside, but when I had nothing else to read I picked it up. Best thing I could have done. This book is great, the characters are believable and they draw you into their lives. I read this book in two days and the whole time I couldn't put it down. When it was over, I still wanted more!!

Review: I really enjoyed this book. It depicted real life stories that happen everyday. Being an African American woman helped me relate to some of the problems both of the women characters went through. However,everyone went through so much drama, that I almost gave up hope. Nevertheless, they all came shining through in the end.

Review: This is one of the best novels I have read in a long time. I have my whole office reading this book. Since Terry McMillan's "Waiting to Exhale", we have seen a lot of books about relationships (black)...this one tops them all! I could feel myself all over this book. It is funny, warm, sad, full of surprises, shocking, compassionate, real...and just plain down to earth. I felt that I knew these people. I borrowed this book from my local library and THEN went out and purchased it...it was that good...i didn't want to put it down. I'd want to be a part of the movie...???

Review: i really enjoyed the book. it took me to the places in the story. so closed to home it was like looking in a mirror.i could relate to both women .i really admired.Galye her determination to whole her family together. Pat reminds me of myself, been hurt so much by people that she built up a wall and did not allow any intruders. just like myself. BUT towards the end of the book i realize that everyone needs someone. I loved the book. cant wait to journal to my next adventure.-----------------------------

Review: I really enjoyed this novel. This book kept me until wee hours in the morning. The characters in the book went through so much drama, but in the end it made them all stronger. I was really anticipating that Marcus and Pat being togehter. To me they seemed right for each other at the beginning. This was an excellent novel. I can't wait for your next one. My name is Gayle and my best friend name is Loretta who is currently married to Marcus and guess what. . . I'm from Virginia;(that freaked me out also). I simply read about my friends and me. . .
