Rating: Summary: Open, honest view of pro sports & the struggles to maintain. Review: At one point, Steve Howe was an awesome relief pitcher. He may have been on his way to be one of the best of all time. I know, i watched him intently for several years. This book shows that athletes are human, and have problems just as we all do. It also shows the intensity needed to survive on the professional level. I wish Steve well in the future. He reached the pinnacle,.. now he must struggle to live beyond what the public feels of him. I think he will do fine.
