Review: During a hectic time of my life, and by direction of my ayurvedic Doctor, I started to listen to this relaxation tape each day after work for a half-hour. Over time, I discovered greater depths of relaxation that I had not known existed. Swami Radha's careful use of words and her depth of understanding of the kundalini system brought awareness of the fountains of joy, harmony and peace that exists in all of us. I recommend this tape highly because of how I've benefited from it.
