Summary: One of my favourite self-help tapes.
Review: I have hundreds of self-help tapes, but this is one of my favourites. There's nothing especially new on it, but what it does contain is powerfully pertinent and nicely narrated. It's a sort of self-hypnosis tape. The narrator has an excellent tone of voice for kind of material. One side contains affirmations designed to increase your luck. (You'll be more convinced when you hear it!) The other side contains affirmations disigned to give you control over your dreams so that they help improve your life and provide solutions to your problems, etc. If it doesn't produce miraculous changes in your life, there's still a good chance it'll prove useful as a relaxation tool and/or sleep inducer. Superb value.
