Summary: a great read even for non-romance readers
Review: This book was the first romance novel I ever read, and I have been hooked by Robards ever since. This book still remains my favorite contemporary romance of all time. Robards writes excellent historical romances, but her contemporary romances with their believable characters are tops. If you like this one, try also her "Wild Orchids" and "To Love A Man".

Summary: Deja Vu. . .
Review: This is about my fifth Karen Robards story, and I'm only about 3/4's of the way through this one. Unfortunately, I read "Harvest Moon" directly before starting "Night Magic". Tragic mistake. There are lines of dialog in NM that were pulled verbatim from HM. The sex scenes in some spots seem as though the character names were the only things that changed. So far, I really don't care all that much for the hero and heroine. Although I still think what got them into their situation is pretty funny. And I will finish reading the book. But - unless something changes in the last quarter of the book - it's not really a keeper in my opinion.

Summary: Adventure , Romance and Pet Friendly
Review: This story starts out with action and really doesn't stop until the last few chapters of the book. Thats the main reason I liked it, also the male character was very masculine and came across very appealing. The cat who goes along on the adventures with Jack and Clara really made the story even more fun to read! The story is not deep it is just sizzling romance and tremendous adventure. I really like a good page turner, even if some parts were a bit unbelievable who cares, if you have a good imagination this book is worth your time!! Lisa Nary

Summary: PRETTY GOOD STORY
Review: This was mildly entertaining. The hero was a little hard to like but eventually he grew on you. All in all though, it was hard to care a whole lot for either of the main characters. Not a keeper.

Review: Wonderfull mix romance, suspense, and humor. Anyone with cats can identify with Puff. I have all of Karen's books in paperback and I like to "revisit" old friends. Especially this one!
