Summary: Facinateing
Review: Foregive my terrible spelling and sentence structure. I was happy to pass English with D's. I found the book to be most entertaining. I don't know if it is true or not but, I am hopeing that it is. The only thing in the book that I questioned was, the part on heaven. It may be the agnostic in me, thow I do consider myself to be pretty spiritial, in the sence that I do believe in the spirit and or the soule. I just can't picture heaven in the 3-D sence. I just believe that when one moves to a higher plain, that that higher plain is of an other dimension. But what do I know? The Verdants have been a space ferring race for over 270 million years now and the human race is just getting started. Maybe Gina explained it the best she could to Phillip, in terms that she thought he could understand due to our lack of knowlegde in such things. Their in, it was misenterprited or something like that. As for the book being factual or not. We will just have to see. There are many things that were told to Phillip to let the people of earth know if it was true or not. Between the years of 2002-05 we should start to hear of what is going on. And if a section of the desert southwest turns into a green pasture over night or with in a short amount of time, then I reckon we will know that this is indeed a true book. Even if you don't believe that the book is true. It is a great read for the mind to ponder the posibilities of what could be, if we just settle the differences of the people of the world and get on with the advancement of the human race. Have a great day.

Summary: Contact or fiction?
Review: I've read many descriptions of encounters with aliens. This one sounds like total fiction. Highly unbelievable. I would say - don't waste your money.

Try some of Whitley Strieber's books if you want believable encounter information.

Summary: The Contact Has Begun
Review: Dear Reader,

This book reads like a novel (a poorly written one at that), and is bogus from the word go. Although I do believe that contact began a long time ago, one must have a cosmological foundation that can comprehend multi-dimensional realities in order to get even a theoretical grasp of the ET phenomenon. This book was written tongue in cheek, from a purely 3rd dimensional point of view. It attempts to describe "heaven" as a physical place within a purely physical universe. This is the type of claptrap that continues to muddy the waters, and I believe that the author has done a disservice to him/herself, and the public at large by this display of pranksterism. The author's name speaks for itself.

Summary: If your interested in this subject then get this one
Review: This is a fun book to read if it is true or not. The author's biolographical background is quite good. He also reveals a timetable for the events to come. So I am waiting like the rest of you to see what happens. The new discoveries on Mars as of late are somewhat inspiring. The book Cosmic Voyage talks about this discovery several years ago. Although this might be one of those things only people of faith or open minds get to see?

Summary: the contact has begun
Review: While reading this book I kept thinking back to my childhood days reading superman comics, etc. If what this man is passing off as truth why can't he give us some information that would be of the nature to inform with some substantiation. Why didn't he come back with a cure for cancer and all the other ills which befall mankind? This would be a great way to gain some credability. If you folks maintain any "CONTACT" with the author please ask him to do this on his next trip, OK?

Summary: Easy To Read & Interesting, But Fact or Fiction?
Review: If what is written in this book is true, I will wish I would have given this a five star rating. There are two things which give me a glimmer of hope that this may be true. The first is Mr. Krapf's solid background with the L.A. Times. People with solid track records usually don't flip out on us. The second is the fact that he has give us a timetable. We're going to know in a relatively short period of time whether Mr. Krapf had the most fantastic experience a human could ever have & planet Earth is in for quite a treat, or if he was having a very boring retirement & needed some attention. It doesn't make sense that he would interrupt his peaceful & well deserved retirement with the ridicule & shame of a charlatan! Nevertheless, I am still inclined to believe at this point in time that Mr. Krapf has engaged in deceit, or has become delusional. I sure hope I am wrong! If some prominent individuals in the near future start talking about a huge spaceship the other side of the moon housing a species who call themselves Verdants, I will, of course, be able to change my mind. It goes without saying that this story needs much corroboration! Even still, I recommend the book.

Summary: There isn't just one answer out there.
Review: I read this book in July of 1999. I found Mr Krapf's account interesting and encouraging and I admire his courage in following through and writing this book. I thought he told his story in an honest, direct, and non-sensational way. Like many other readers, I sincerely hope this account is true. I don't believe he is perpetrating a hoax and I don't think he is crazy. Also, I hope we don't "flunk" as a species and get bound to this planet for who knows how long. I'm 42 years old and I would love to see major, peaceful changes occur on this planet.

I am a psychologist and I have read extensively about the abduction experience because I believe something real is happening and I want to understand it's impact on people. I just read through all the other reviews. I suspect we will never know the whole complex truth about the various species visiting our planet from other worlds. Verdants don't seem to interfere with the work of other groups, so similar looking humanoid beings may be doing genetic research, or all kinds of things the Verdants don't feel responsible to address. This is only the very tip of the iceberg in terms of the information Mr. Krapf said would be released. I'm waiting, right along with the rest of you.

Summary: Presumably a true prophetic work
Review: I have often wondered how modern society might react to a prophet. I suspect that the response to Krapf's book gives a pretty good indication: most happily ignore it, completely unaware of it; many who read it feel it is a phony attempt to "make a buck"; some are unsure about whether it is true or false prophesy; a scant few are ready and willing to believe what it portends. I fall into the latter category. I have trouble reconciling some of the content of this book with the writings of Zecharia Sitchin, especially "Genesis Revisited", and am left feeling that Krapf may have been told only a level of truth that the aliens feel we are ready to receive, and that the "whole truth" is still largely hidden from us. I wish he would have asked me if I had any questions I'd like him to pose to the aliens. It would be nice to know if they are involved with the "gods" who created Adam and Eve (according to Sitchin). It would be nice to hear their explanation for some "Forbidden Archaeology", such as chains and goblets imbedded in coal seams. Perhaps if Krapf speaks truthfully, as I feel he does, there may be a future time at which I may ask such questions without having to go through him. Time will tell...

Summary: Read This Book With An Open Mind
Review: Dear Reader,

I enjoyed reading this book and highly recommend it. I believe there are different extraterrestrial species out there besides the Verdants and they all have a different agenda. No one knows who is telling the truth these days so read this book with an open mind and remember it. This is one human among many who was contacted by extraterrestrials to prepare humankind for contact. If what he says is true ---and we will all know in 2002--- IT WILL BE ONE OF THE GREATEST EVENTS FOR HUMANKIND. Since the publication of his book, Phillip Krapf has written a 53,000-word document titled "The Verdant Agenda: An Update" that I also highly recommend.

Peace,

Tom

Summary: 95% Truth for the 80%
Review: Plausible at the very least and indeed logical enough to be true. Krapf relates experiences aboard an alien spaceship (parked behind our moon?)with Verdants - close neighbors from only 84 million light years away. The Verdants sound like the good neighbor we all would love to have (and some of us do): Advanced intelligent life with souls. They have more human traits than many humans - even knowledge of God - not merely faith. Kraph (an admitted atheist before his encounter)describes his post-abduction as a return to a ho-hum retirement but is still plagued by mundane tasks like taking out the garbage mowing the lawn, etc. But, the important fact he relates (but does not dwell upon) is he now believes in God and views his fellow man and everyday events quite differently. (The Verdants say they too have to live within Universal Laws created by God Mind.) The good news is we don't have to wait too long to find out the truth for ourselves. The Verdants appear to have an organized (1,000 year)plan to help the human race leap forward. Everyone is welcome though they believe only 80% of humans qualify for the paradigm shift about to happen. Are you among the "elect"?
