Sleep Better (Subliminal Audio)

Summary: Didn't sleep better
Review: I've used the lose weight tape off and on for many years. When I use it it helps in losing weight but the most important aspect is in being able to sleep better. The "Sleep Better" tape falls far short of my expectations....there is only subliminal audio which does not do the job of self=hypnosis that the lose weight tape does. I would not recommend this tape.
