Review: I am a veterinarian, a scientist and skeptical. I never thought I'd be susceptible to self hypnosis but I was so wrong. This is a great sort of passive mode of some stress relief. Give it a try, it's kind of fun.

Review: I purchased this tape in 1985,,,,,,it changed my life ,,,,its a great substitute for tranquilizers,,,Side one is a (guided visualization hypnosis) with subliminal suggestions The imagery is very calming and relaxing getting to the end of the tape awake is a challenge,,,,,Side two is subliminal messages set to very beautiful music and waves,,,why this tape is out of print is amazing because it is the best.
