Beginning Spanish I (Learning Curve/ Cassette)

Summary: THIS TAPE WORKED GREAT ALONG WITH THE RAPANESE
Review: I listened to this tape about 3 times and I got bored with it. A friend gave me a RAPANESE tape and I listened to it about 20 times. The reason is I liked the music. It also repeated the lyrics in English and Spanish at least twice. These tapes had me singing in Spanish right away. I believe cassettes and cd's are the best way to learn because they make use of your dead time, like the many hours I spend in San Francisco traffic. This tape(beginning Spanish 1) works great for some people who don't enjoy music. Some people are more concerned with proper pronunciation than with the music. My problem is I need lot's of repetition to learn a language. If I can't remember the words how can I speak. I couldn't find the tape my friend gave me by the search engines so I just typed in RAPANESE and everything just appeared, voila!( that's french)
