Review: Fun, wild, exciting-cool music. I especially liked cranking up parts of this audiobook on my stereo. It sounds like you're under the ocean. The parts like the Captain Nemo overture and the Pit of Hermes. It sounds like Star Wars or Raiders of the Lost Ark. I also thought the idea of the sea creatures like Goliath, Hermes and Brutus was very cool. This would make a great comic book or movie. Dale

Review: This audiobook was very different from most bestselling, mass marketed books on tape. The storyteller used emotion and accents to get you to feel the confusion of the great genius Captain Nemo and the magic of the sea creatures, the submarines and the ocean. I was surprised when my children (who like all the Harry Potter stories) picked this audiobook. We all thought the music was fabulous, too. J. Harrison & family.

Review: My dad picked up a copy of Captain Nemo and was very impressed. The story is so real and the prose is deep. I like to read science fiction and like Star Wars and science fiction movies. My dad thought it was pretty cool that we both liked Captain Nemo. The idea of the sea creatures like Goliath, Hermes, Brutus and Beelzebub was great. The submarines were also cool. Review: Captain Nemo is very much like the Arthurian legend with one empire collapsing and a new one forming. This Captain Nemo also makes you think about the importance of science in a classic, intelligent approach to science fiction storytelling. I hope there is a sequel. Michael.

Summary: Captain Nemo is wonderful!
Review: I don't see very well so I listen to dozens of books on tape. My recent tapes included Cold Mountain, Dark Lady and this Captain Nemo tape. Out of all three, my favorite is Captain Nemo. The story of the recluse, genius of the oceans was told quite well by the gentleman reading. It was simple with a touch of heartfelt emotion.

Review: This very enchanting Captain Nemo audiobook was a treat for my two teenagers and the rest of our family. It is great to see a publisher getting back to storytelling for the whole family. We hope to see (and hear) more about this Captain Nemo Legacy. The Watsons.

Review: My brother and I like to read Star Wars and Star Trek books and magazines and movies. We liked listening to your audio cassette. I had to pick some books to read for school and I picked 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea to find out more about Captain Nemo. Review: Mr. Xavier Joseph Carbajal and Joe H. Maylea have made science fiction fun again with this Captain Nemo audiobook. I grew up watching classic sci-fi movies like Forbidden Planet, Jason and the Argonauts and the Day the Earth Stood Still. This Captain Nemo has all those classic elements in the style of the reading and the descriptions. If you close your eyes and listen closely, this Captain Nemo story will take you to another world.
