MY PARTNER AND I WENT IN SEARCH OF CAPITAL FOR OUR YOUNG COMPANY. WE SUCCESSFULLY RAISED THE CAPITAL. SOON AFTER THOUGH, WE RAN INTO SOME BARRIERS...AND GOT DISCOURAGED TEMPORARILY. MY PARTNER AND I THOUGHT ABOUT SELLING OUT FOR A QUARTER MILLION DOLLARS. BUT I LISTENED TO LINDA'S TAPES AGAIN . . . AND DECIDED TO IMPLEMENT HER STRATEGIES FULL-ON. Review: I got these audio tapes by Linda Chandler 4 years ago...and have listened to them 4-5 times over that time period. They are valuable when faced with the challenge of raising capital for a new venture. I have also loan these tapes to associates and everyone has been impressed with their quality, substance, and advice. I strongly recommend that you listen to this audio program, both part 1 and part 2 before you visit potential investors or your securities attorney.

Her two audio albums--"SECRETS OF RAISING SERIOUS MONEY FOR YOUR BUSINESS"--Part 1 and Part 2 give valuable advice that you should take to heart before starting your capital quest. Listen to both albums at least 3 times each before you see your first potential investor.Yes--Ms. Chandler has given us many practical strategies to use in capital formation. I found her website very useful also. And her book published by McGraw-Hill is excellent also. It's entitled "Winning Strategies For Capital Formation".
