Summary: Awesome as usual from MHC
Review: I enoyed this immensely and it is one of my favorite books by MHC. I didn't hit on the identity of the murderer right away. MHC's work is filled with sympathetic characters, particularly the heroine, I am always left feeling that if she really existed, I would want to add her to my circle of friends. A knack MHC usually achieves with all of her characters. An enjoyable read from a consistently good author.

Review: I have read the majority of her books and this one is my FAVORITE! Every chapter, I would think I had it figured out until I would read the next chapter and then I would change my mind. She keeps you in suspense until the very end.

Review: I read the French version of this book "Dors ma jolie" for a book report and it was the only book, given by my teacher that I actually liked. I just started reading the English version that I borrowed from my local library. I would really recommend this book to anyone who's into suspense novels.

Summary: A Great Book!
Review: I thought this book was the best book I have ever read. I will never forget this book. This story was a woman named Ethel. Ethel was an author and was also murdered in the book. The question is "who murdered her?". There are a few suspects. The first suspect is her nephew. He used to steal money from her quite often. The second suspect is her ex-husband. He has to pay 1,000 dollars alimony due to their divorce. Finally, the suspects are also some people, in which she was digging information about for her new book about "Fashion Business". Her murder was done exactly like the old police commisioners wife, slit right down the throat. His daughter Neeve is worried about Ethel because Ethel was supposed to pick up her clothes from Neeve's (Neeve's is a clothes store). So, Neeve starts telling some people about how Ethel didn't come get the clothes.Her cold and lifeless body was found in a park. Everyone is trying to find out who the killer is. So, who murdered her that is something you are going to have to find out on your own. This book is a very interesting book. I never wanted to put it down. You can tell Mary Higgins Clark really gets into writing; she is such a great author. I recommend to people that like mysteries to read this book.

Summary: This is one of the most suspenseful books I've ever read...
Review: I used to not enjoy reading, but after picking up While My Pretty One Sleeps, I think I've changed my mind! Unlike other mysteries that are boring and hard to follow, this book has a great plot and is very suspenseful. I admit that I had a hard time putting it down at night! You're hooked within the first chapter, when the story begins with the murder of gossip columnist Ethel Lambston. Lambston had written a column that could destroy the careers of many fashion designers, and someone was angry enough about it to kill her! There are many suspects, but you really won't know who did it until the last pages. The only person who cares about Ethel's disapperance is Neeve Kearny, owner of an expensive boutique where Lambston was a customer. When Ethel is found dead in a park, Neeve is reminded of her mother's murder. As she stuggles to find the truth, she doesn't realize that she may be the next to die... While My Pretty One Sleeps is more than just a mystery, it also has a little romance added in. The characters are very realistic, and there isn't a boring page in the whole book! I would definetly recommend this book to anyone!!

Review: I'm only half way through this book and already it is totally awsome. I read Nancy Drew before and this is way more intense. I just want to get to the end to find out who killed her. The clues all point to anyone and no one and they don't even know that she's dead yet. Totally better than anything I've ever read. It's hard to put it down at night so I can go to bed. Definately better than a 10. More like a 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.99

Review: Mary Higgins Clark does a great job with the classic "who done it" with flare. This book was a page turner, I read it in one long sitting. The plot was fresh, the ending was twisted ... I really enjyed this book and I recommend it to anyone who wants mystery with a hint of romance.

Review: Mary Higgins Clark earns her reputation as America's Queen of Suspense with While My Pretty One Sleeps. A sign of a good book is when you feel that the characters are your close friends, and I certainly felt that way with Neeve Kearny and company. The story leads to a climax that you would never expect, and I like that.
