Review: It's a very basic, yet clear book on hypnosis, but it is not about reaching anything higher than the usual self-improvement goals
such as losing weight, becoming more confident and etc. That is fine for what it is, but the publisher gives the impression
that it's about more than that. Not worth $10 used, that's for sure. There are other self hypnosis books out there that are better and are less expensive.
