Summary: Helpful but annoying at the same time.
Review: I've had trouble sleeping for years and I've bought just about everything out there. I decided to try this tape and while I DID fall asleep by the end of it, I found the author's voice and words somewhat annoying. Eventually, I just relaxed and blocked it out to fall asleep. If you get annoyed by monotones, try something else.

Summary: This works much better than any "medicinal" remedies.
Review: Sleep Through Insomnia works. I've used it several times now and immediately fall asleep afterward. It's such a relief. I can't tell you how discouraging it was to wake at 3:30 or 4:00 in the morning with my mind racing over things that I shoulda/woulda/coulda done.
