Review: cool new age like music (I really like it), but as far as relaxing me, I can't say it necessarily does that for me (though I'm not an exactly hyper person). The CD was worth it for the music alone. But be warned, not all people like this music type of music. You can hear a short sample of it on brain-sync.com (or is it brainsync.com?), to see if you will ike it or not.

Review: I thought I was ordering a guided imagery/meditation CD. All this is is canned synthesized pseudo-music. The only thing it's done for me is give me a headache.
