This program not only has helped me to begin to take the weight off, but I also find it very soothing and it helps me go to sleep at night - which I need with my new bundle of joy!! I have lost 10 pounds this month, and I recommend this product to everyone, especially new moms who need to take some time to relax and who need to lose weight

Review: I have a number of hypnosis weight loss programs and this is the best I have heard. It is not a major label release but the system worked to help me drop the last of the weight I needed and I enjoyed listening to the program. I highly recommend this program to others that want to lose weight.

Review: I met the author in Oregon and spoke to him at length about hypnsis and his weight loss program. He was very helpful and sincere and supportive of my weight loss needs. I have tried many other weight loss hypnsis programs from Amazon and was hesitant about getting another. He gave me the confidence to purchase this tape and it's worked! So far I have lost 17 pounds and I feel better about myself than I have in years. I highly recommend this product and will keep you up to date on how much I ultimately lose.

Review: I ordered this item a few weeks ago. When it arrived I was
extremely disappointed in it. The sound quality was amateurish at best
and at times the author/reader sounded like he was spitting into the
microphone. Additionally the suggestions encompassed on the CD and
accompanying CD insert (keep a food journal/set action goals) were not
unique or new, and did require sacrifice and willpower despite the
title's claim to the contrary. Based on the sound quality, exorbitant
price and banal content I do not recommend it.

Review: I really enjoy listening to this, and it is working! At first I had problems finding time to listen to it - I had to put my mind to it and MAKE time, just as with anything else in life. I love the way I feel after listening to the CD, and the weight is coming off.
