Review: T. Jefferson Parker certainly wrote a loser with this one! It's as if this book were written by someone totally different...who doesn't write nearly as well. I loved Laguna Heat, Blue Hour and Red Light, but this one left me cold. Come on Parker! You can do(and have done) better!

Review: This is the type of story one expects from Mr. Parker. The charcters are well drawn and sympathetic in so many ways. No one is really a hero or a villian, but a little bit of both. The story draws you into the world of a man planted into a radical orginzation to try to bring down the man who may have killed the love of his life. A wonderfully,engrossing tale!

Summary: Better than average
Review: This was my first book by this author. I would try other books by Parker based on this one. Most of the characters had major flaws along with wonderful characteristics. The only problem I had with the book was Susan. I didn't like her and had a problem with John going to work with her in the end. She needed to take responsibility for her actions.
