Summary: i just couldn't finish it
Review: i could not finish the book. every time i started i didn't get into it and had to stop, there is no point. the whole time i was waiting for something to happen, but nothing did. the only reason i read the member of the wedding is because i had to do a report on it. how can i do a reaport on a book so boring and stupid. i do not recamend this book at all to anyone (unless you have trouble sleeping)

Review: THIS BOOK HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST BOOK IN THE WORLD! it has no action, nothing interesting at all. Frankie has no life and all she does is go crazy sitting in her kitchen. Everytime I started to read this I would find myself dozing off. I only read this because I was in need for one last summer reading book and this was the shortest one. buying this was a mistake. DO NOT READ THIS BOOK.

Review: first of all this book is the worst of the worst !!!! i read the page where it says that mccullers started writing when she was 23, obviously she was little bit premature to do so. this is probably the result of that !!!! i think i speak for everybody when i say that we only read it coz we have to !!! nobody's gonna read this for fun !!! if somebody does theyre probably people who have nothing else to do ... seriously when they read this book theyre gonna end up doing something and thats SLEEPING !!!! this is the bore of the millenium. i personally only read it for i HAD TO !!!!!!! students out ther know wat im talking about. 1). no action or thrill at all. 2). ther is no plot and therefore doesnt deserve to be called a book. 3). it only talks about a g.d. child that has no common sense and an i.q. of a 3 year old. frankie is also selfish and a brat so to speak. she shouldve been more fit as an antagonist rather than the protagonist. ull be so surprised when u get to the end. ur gonna end up saying, " thats it ????" i just have to say something to mcculler : "ohhh ... so stupid!!!"

Review: This book was one of the best on my list. It was easy to understand, the only fault I foud was that it didn't have much of a story to it. I enjoyed reading it anyway and I feel that many people can relate to Frankie.

Review: What a bloody waste of time. This book has no plot at all. The nerve of Carson Mc Culler to actually release the book! It has no intrigue and page after page of relentless boredom. I gave it to my dog so that he could chew it up... I wish that I could rate it 0 stars.

Review: While reading this book, I thought for sure something was going to happen, because a story cannot have no action at all. Now I know better; The Member of the Wedding has no action, details, or ending. I was hoping Frankie got raped by the solider, just so some action would take place. The only reason why I read it to the end, was because I had to write a paper on it.
