Summary: JOHN GRISHMAM IS A MASTER, EVIDENT OF THIS BOOK!
Review: The ingenuity of John Grishman shines through the whole of this book. The characters are very believable and the plot makes for plenty of excitement and suspense. It is amazing how John Grisham has put every thing together so well. His writing style is very good and their are a huge amount of surprises and twists. The book keeps the reader hooked and I personally request you to buy the book.

Summary: IT WAS OKAY...
Review: wow I'm seeing lotsa opposite comments here...but basically I thought it was good. It seems smartly written, cause I didn't get all that info on all those crimes the first time, but it's thrilling--a very good book. It would have been better if there was more action in the end tho.

Summary: Great author, Great book, minimal flaws.

Summary: i can't wait to read john grisham's other novels
Review: this is the BEST and i mean the BBEEESSSSTTTTT novel.very suspense, very thrilling that i can't put the book down. i want to find out what happened to mitch and abby. the plot is very smart and witty. and to the people who don't know anything about law, don't worry, the book explains everything you need to know. thats why average people can undersatnd this novel unlike other novels who use deep words that a person can barely understands.i finished the book in two days. i would recommend this book to everyone.

Summary: THE BEST JOHN GRISHAM NOVEL EVER!!!
Review: I've read all of the John Grisham novels and I liked them all, but this one was the best! I started reading it one morning and I just couldn't put it down. I've read it three time since and I still enjoy it. The best.

Summary: impossible
Review: After having the book on the shelf for allmost a year I tried to read it when I had some spare time. I didn't like it at all. It is badly written , and the plot has a lot of ommissions. When it was obvious for the first time to the firm that Mitch tried to speak to the FBI they decided to let him live! I thought the mob was ruthless? The end of the story was very bad and to me, after the preparations the writer made in the first part of the book, a disappointment. I also had the feeling I was looking at a soap. If I skipped a few pages, I knew instantly what had happened in the skipped pages. When books are good, I'd like to read them more. I don't have the feeling with this book.

Summary: Definitely a book I will read again! I just love it:)
Review: This is the first one of John Grishams books I have read and I think I will read some more of his! Excellent book. Exciting, suspenseful, I am on my third time reading it already. It is so good!

Summary: The Firm - an insult to American Literature
Review: How on earth a story with so many obvious holes could have launched Grisham's career is beyond me. From a legal standpoint the plot lacks credibility. And as usual with Grisham's novels, the protagonist wires a bit of money around the globe and makes instant millions - Deus ex Machina - what a cop out! The Firms ends ridiculously with Mitch and his wife 'hiding out' a couple of miles from where the Mafia blew up two of the firm's lawyers. Dumb or what? Its not all bad though. The life of a workaholic rookie lawyer is well crafted, as is the greed of the partners. But all in all the story sucks. Pass on it.

Summary: The best novel I have read in many years
Review: Some weeks ago I was reviewing the catalog of a well known, distinguished law school in the West Coast. In one of their pages they said: John Grisham meet Gregory Dillon, and they told his story of being an exceptional good student who had a lot of things to do, in addition to preparing for his Bar exam. He completed all his taks and also passed the Bar! But I did not understand the full meaning of this, until I read the book. No doubt, John wrote a great book, and I really enjoyed it. I took it one Saturday morning, and could stop until about 10 a.m. the next Sunday. It was well worth. Congratulations.
