Summary: Amazing!
Review: Amazing how things are not always what they seem, or what we may think that they are. I reviewed this book for my book club ARAROJAX. Eric Jerome Dickey is just one of those authors that gets better and better the more he writes. I had wished for a different ending for the two couples involved but the ending was quite different and a little unexpected. Although two wrongs don't make a right, I was glad to see the wife not take her husband's unfaithfulness in stride. I think that readers will enjoy this book.

Summary: His Best Yet!!!
Review: What is a woman supposed to think when she comes home to a sumptious meal, romantic music and some earthshattering, mind blowing sex? Well, if she reads this book, now she will probably think her husband has been cheating on her. She might also think that maybe he was getting ready to leave her for the other woman and changed his mind at the last moment. Or maybe that the other woman changed HER mind. She certainly would hope that things wouldn't end like they did in this book...

When the main character, known only as Freckles, finds out that the marriage she thought was trouble free is anything but, her whole world turns upside down. There is the usual confrontation, but it is done so well, you feel as if you are in the room. Heck, you feel like Freckles as you experience her pain and suffering and bewilderment of how it all went wrong and she missed it. When she meets the husband of the woman who was sleeping with her husband, things really get complicated.

This book drew me in so quickly and totally, I became obsessed with reading it. I was sneaking in the bathroom at work to read it. I almost never do that. But I had to find out what was going to happen next. There are many twists, turns and shocking surprises. Just when you think you have the plot figured out, EJD flips the script on you and leaves you with your jaw hanging open. Good summer read. Good anytime really. My hat is off to you EJD. Enjoy it, I did!...

Summary: Whew!
Review: This book was all that and a bag of chips. I am a huge fan of Eric Jerome Dickey and have read each and every novel he has written. But this one grabbed me and it was almost like I was standing right there when everything started to unfold. Like I had a front row seat. You have got to read this one before the summer is over. It was wonderful! You will not be disappointed.

Summary: OK NOT THAT GREAT
Review: This book was o.k. it was not a page turner but just o.k.
The book is about a couple who careers have them separated
The husband works in the day and the wife works at night
And the only time they have to spend with each other is on
Wednesday when the wife is off from work so to sum up the book
the husbands goes out and cheat and the wife finds out and she
does the same there are a few good parts of this book like
when she finds out and who she sleeps with and the shooting that takes
place but other than that the book was just ok I thought the ending could have been much better.

Summary: He Does It Again!!
Review: All I can say about this novel is Mr. Dickey does it again. It was such a page turner I finished it in 2 days! The story was so fast paced and so engrossing that you get sucked in and you can't wait to find out how this is going to end. The twist and turns surprised me and the ending was great and very real. You feel the main characters pain and what she is going through. Another great book. I have been a huge fan of his since his first book, and he just seems to get better and better. Keep up the great work Mr. Dickey, I always look forward to the next one.

Summary: All I can say is WOW
Review: EJD latest book is AWESOME. Once you start you can not put it down until you are finished. His development of the characters will draw you in and keep you turning the pages. I would love to see another story with Freckle's friend Yvette.

EJD keep doing what you are doing and I can't wait until your next book "Naughty or Nice" comes out.

Summary: CAN'T GET ENOUGH
Review: Oh My God. I don't know how to express my feelings about this book. All I can say is that everything around me was a distraction. (Working, eating, sleeping) I had dreams about this book and the characters. The plot unfolds into things you would not dream of. "Freckles" gets hit with a dose of reality, finding out her perfect husband and sucessful career is not so perfect. It starts when she finds out he is cheating and it takes you on a roller coaster ride from there. The beginning is slower, much slower, than the rest of the book. Do not stop reading whatever you do. EJD has much respect from me. I am starting to read The Coldest Winter Ever and I keep thinking about The Other Woman. The Other Woman is one of the best books I have read.
