Summary: A great story, but...
Review: There were some not-so-childish parts. But if your parents let you read anything, then this is an awesome book! It has a great plot, strong characters...and even a little romance!

Summary: AMAZING BOOK FOR ALL GIRLS!!!
Review: This book is about a girl named Sam. Sam is just an ordinary girl. Oh, she also saved the presidents life when he was almost shot by Mr.UptownGirl. Suddenly Sam becomes one of the coolest girls in school. Sam also has a crush on her sisters boyfriend Jack, but, ends up going on a date with someone that you would never see her with. She was also just named teen ambassador for the UN. Sam also is a great artist but, gets in trouble for drawing the kids at school with their favorite famous stars. This book is great for girls of all ages and is loads of fun. I recommend this book to anyone who liked any of the princess diaries books or just looking for a great read.

Summary: An Amazing Book!!!
Review: This book is all about the life of Samantha Madison, who feels out of place in the world which many can relate too. Her older sister is the most popular girl in school and her younger sister is a genius. Sam is just a normal 15 yr old with a talent for the arts. But, after Samantha saves the life of the President of the United States, her whole world as you can imagine changes. The person she thought she was meant to be with suddenly becomes unimportant and she finally realizes that her love was there the whole time waiting... This book was truly one of the best books I have ever read!! I couldn't put it down, and it really makes you think about life, and maybe that love isn't to hard to find, if you don't deny it.

Summary: Purely enjoyable
Review: I'm a huge Princess Diaries fan, and found this book just as enjoyable and a good read while waiting for the next Princess Diaries book. The author writes - as always - with wit and a style that makes her seem like a real teenage girl with these problems. All the character were believable and well-developed: from Samantha's old friend who has become (naturally) popular and stuck-up, and her cheerleader sister who keeps trying to mold her into a perfect celebrity. I couldn't put this book down and reccomend it to anyone who likes a good story.

Summary: Couldn't Put It Down
Review: I'm not one to read that much, however this one just grabbed me. It is wonderfully written. I just love how there is mention of real-life celebrities, bands, places, artists, movies, books, and brands. For example, most books make up names for things (you know, like fictional bands), but this one mentions No Doubt, and Billy Joel. The story has a fair share of moments that make me laugh out loud. Just the little things some of the funnier characters (like her older sister) say really make you smile. By the end of the book I was dying to find out whether or Samantha's love interest, the son of the president, would accept her or not. This was a fantastic book.

Summary: All-American Girl -- a terrific book!
Review: This book is one of the best I've ever read. Being a Meg Cabot fan, I immediately picked this book up as soon as I had enough cash. It was on a lazy Sunday, and I finished it in the same day. The only disappointment about this book is that I finished it too quickly. 5 stars all they way!

Summary: I really like Meg, honest
Review: OK, im not saying this book is pure pig swill, but its not what shes capable of. Ms Cabot is a brilliant author, im in awe of her funny, sweet quirky way of writing and the way that she creates the best men ever seen - or not - imagined then. Princess Diaries and the mediator are good and i know this is for younger readers, but i think that shes become a bit formulaic. Rebecca is just like Doc, Sam and Mia could sisters - except they couldn't becos no sisters are that alike...except maybe twins, and they're different ages...anyway. My point is that all of the characters are like what we've seen before, David = Michael. There are small differences but this just isn't enough to be un-predictable. Sorry to die hard fans - the book is ok, to maybe borrow from the library on a rainy weekend.

Summary: a really great book!!!
Review: Samantha Madison is a typical New Yorker. Well not really, she is in love with her older sister Lucy's boy friend Jack, and her younger sister is a genius, and she just saved the president of the United States! When she ditched her art class she see's an attempt on the President's life. But she finds out that David, a guy in her art class is the president's son! Soon, Sam and her family are invited to dinner the WHite House, and she is appointed Teen Ambassador to the UN. Theresa, her nanny pushes her to invite David to a party, people soon start to realize Sam is not all they think. And David, could (key word COULD)like Sam. What will Sam do? Read this great book!

Read all of Meg Cabot's book they're really good.
