Rating: Summary: Another Intriguing Demille Book Review: This is the third Demille book I've read and it ranks right up there in value with the others. If you liked his book 'Word of Honor' you should like this too with it's military life focus. The plot itself is very intriguing and kept the pages turning. I will say I was a bit disappointed in the ending, I was expecting a different twist, but I won't say any more..... I would suggest either reading the book or seeing the movie. It's a worthwhile and interesting story.
Rating: Summary: The General's Daughter Review: I loved this book, I could not put it down. I felt as though I was right there in Georgia looking for the person that killed Ann. My only disapointment, the day after I finished the book I rented the movie and they should have gone along with the book instead of changing things. I can't wait to find more books by this author. GOOD JOB!
Rating: Summary: Impossible to put down! Review: A great plot, I loved every bit of it! I was pretty disappointed with The Gold Coast, but I thought I would give Nelson Demille another shot. Boy am I glad I did. It was incredible. I loved the intrigue. Ann Campbell's double life really made the story! At times I was laughing hysterically and at others quite repulsed. That makes a good book in my opinion. Read this book!
Rating: Summary: Good book AND movie Review: With a brisk pace and a stunning evocative power that ranks it up there alongside my personal list of favorites with 'The Triumph and the Glory' and 'Hearts in Atlantis', this exceptional novel fulfilled all of my expectations from beginning to end. It is one of the best books I've read in the last year.
Rating: Summary: Spectacular Review: I recommend this book to everyone! I have to admit that this is the first novel in the murder mystery catagory I have ever read and Demille is awesome I will definately read more of his books. It is a book you don't want to put down.A book worth reading for anyone who loves to read.
Rating: Summary: Teasing and riveting and hard to put down. Review: I bought the book without the movie cover, about 2 months before I knew there would be a movie. I enjoyed the read from the start and read it in one weekend. The characters were richly defined and the plot teased with the possibilities of what could have happened. My only regret was in not meeting the "Daughter" before her death.
Rating: Summary: The book was surprising and suspenceful. Review: I really liked the book. It was cool how she was living a double life. I was very surprised when I was reading it. It had a few twists and all in all a very cool book!!!
Rating: Summary: Excellent reading Review: I bought this book just for something to read on the plane and ended up reading it practically non-stop through a three day vacation.
Rating: Summary: This is a "do not want to stop reading" book. Review: I really enjoyed the book and could not put it down. I loved all of the characters and I am a really big fan of Nelson DeMille. My favorite is Plum Island...but please Mr. DeMille - Who took the ring and why? and how did it get back on her hand? Only disappointing part of the book.
Rating: Summary: Great! Review: I can recommend this book in any way
