Summary: Can do!
Review: Talking dirty is an entertaining book and she tells us things our mother should have. Every devorced man in the world needs this book as a reference to keep his life together while waiting on Miss Right. Recommended reading "THE SECOND COMING OF AGE" by: Curtiss De Vedrine

Summary: Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Summary: Great reference book
Review: I recently got this book, and although I don't intend to sit down and read it cover to cover. What I have read is just great. I think it will be invaluable for solutions to any cleaning problem incurred.

Summary: Long Life the Queen - of Clean!
Review: I'm a 20 year old college student and, no matter how odd this title (and cover) may look on my shelves of science and liberal art books, I refer to this more than any of the rest! An added bonus is that I don't have to pick up the phone and call Mom everytime I have a question that (previously) only she could answer. Applicable to any age and lifestyle, you'll probably never need another better book on this topic!

Summary: Cleaning made easy and cost-effective too!
Review: These solutions to household cleaning are really great. One should always keep this book handy to solve your cleaning problem needs, especially around the holidays with children in unfamiliar family homes. The solutions are useful, easy and cost effective too! It's a good way to avoid expensive professional cleaning services, and to just stay sane while trying to keep your house looking the way you know it should without spending all day doing it.

Summary: Ready on the spot!
Review: It is "Good Morning Arizona" Amazon! I remember watching the Queen on T.V. and now listening to her on the radio. She always has an answer for callers. Even if they tell her the first approach didn't work, she has another solution. She is the funniest lady! Her and the King both.

Summary: Cleaning up was never this funny before!
Review: I must confess, cleaning was never my idea of recreation or, heaven forbid, even fun, but this book has changed my mind. I've seen the Queen on television in Phoenix and she is wonderful! The book captures her warm and engaging personality perfectly. It is funny, full of insights and "why didn't I think of that" ideas. Tang in the toilet? Using a dryer sheet to remove baked on casserole gunk? Fantastic. As I am proving every day, even a man can use these tips! Great job, Queen of Clean. When are you going to do a book on laundry????

Summary: superficial
Review: This isn't a book; it's a list. It's a list of ideas for cleaning using products you make yourself. Nowhere does the author state that she thinks her home-made products are better than those on the market, nor does she give the reader a justifiable motive for using her ideas. She doesn't explain the why or the how; one is left assuming that she comes up with these ideas for a living and doesn't care if they're better or not. All the same, I plan on trying baking soda on my bath tub since nothing else has worked.

Summary: This is my cleaning bible!
Review: I love this book! I just received it this past week and let me tell you I don't know what I did without it! I have always heard of the cleaning properties of baking soda, vinegar and lemon juice but never knew how to mix these concoctions to make a cleaning solution. The queen gives you those recipes, plus so much more! The tips that are provided in this book are wonderful and quick. I have already saved over $25.00 from NOT throwing things out because I used the tips in her book (2 shower curtains and a Rubbermaid dishrack were salvaged thanks to the queen). Plus, I was able to clean the bathroom in my bedroom to look so fabulous I couldn't believe it! Thanks to this book, I didn't have to regrout my bathtub, and the regimine was so simple! I got rid of so many cleaning solutions that I hated using anyway! Even though there are many things I would much rather do than clean house, this book has opened my eyes to short cuts and natural ways of cleaning. I don't mind getting my hands dirty if I don't have to use harsh abrasives (please note - there are a couple of mixes in the book that will encourage you to wear gloves and work in a well ventillated area, but only a couple and they are well worth it). I told a friend of mine about this book and she went out and purchased it; I showed my mom this book and she was impressed! I am so grateful that Ms. Cobb has shared her knowledge with us - my house looks so much better in a short amount of time! If you are a busy person like me... I highly recommend this book not only to get your house in gear but to save you time and money! Best book I ever bought!

Summary: Has just about everything i was looking for
Review: I saw Ms.Cobb on Oprah & i had to have this book.I ordered one for myself & one for my sister. It will save you money by telling you how to make cleaners for yourself & time by telling you exactly how to get a stain out.A tip i found very useful was the one for the oven. How many times have you been cooking & what you are cooking begins to run out of the pan?It then begins to burn, smoke & stink up the whole house. She says to quickly pour salt completely over the spill,it will stop burning & smoking. You can keep right on cooking, later when the oven is cool, simply scoop it out.The only thing i could not find was how to get the smell of cigarette smoke out of something.I have recently been given some picture frames that have been around a smoker & i cant get the smell out. :( Its a great book from scuffs,to rust, pet stains, burn marks, gum, strecthing shoes, leather, mildew, etc everyone can find use for this tried and true book.
