Summary: The end of thread (or at least the last fall)
Review: This book tells how the dragonriders with the help of an AI and Lord Jaxom managed to make the current fall of thread the last. The White Dragon Ruth also does something that no dragon has done before or since. I would definatly recommend this book to Pern fans. Anyone who hasn't read any of the other Pern books might want to read up before starting this book.

Summary: WOW!
Review: This book was a great conclusion to the series, and I loved it! I suggest you read it after The Renegades of Pern. I loved it!

Summary: Worlds best fantasy SF
Review: This book was extremely well written. Anne McCaffery has a great ability to write visual prose. This book and this series has kept me coming back time and again to read all of her books. Thanks Anne.

Summary: top form does not even begin to describe it
Review: This is a standard fantasy series that became a blend of fantasy and science fiction that I can only term delicious. In All The Weyrs of Pern, everything is balanced, the plot, the people, reactions, the result and the end... especially AIVAS' final decision and the Harper. I approve of every side of the book, every nuance that went into the making of it, and after Dragon's Dawn, this one is my absolute favorite of Pern books. .)

Summary: A Great Read
Review: This is one of the best books I've ever read. Although second to McCaffrey's great work--Dragonflight--the characterization is amazing. The characters become unbelievably real to the reader as McCaffery draws him into her carefully crafted world. I must admit that I cried at the end, but I won't devulge the denoument. A must have for any McCaffrey fan. (I would suggest reading the four or so books in the series before reading this one.)

Summary: A gripping ending to one of the best series ever written
Review: This is one of the best books that I have ever read. I found that the characters were very believable, and one becomes attached to them quickly. The plotline is first rate, and never leaves one with a bad taste. An excellent book

Summary: The final saga of the great adventure of Pern
Review: This is the final book in the "height" of Pern's history. In this they find their long lost ancestors and come in contact with their past and another culture. There are the main characters of Lessa, F'lar, F'nor, Jaxon, Sharra, Ramoth, Menolly, Ruth, Menmenth, Canth, the fire lizards and other characters you will come to love. This book has the most touching ending, you will cry, I did.

Summary: san
Review: when i first started reading this book i admit that it started out somewhat slow. This was my first pern novel and since then i have been a loyal reader of MaCaffreys books. This story truly tells it from the diffrent points of view from every major character. I found that she slightly changed around some of the peoples personalities. The way this story was told and how it ended i definently give it 5 stars

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Very realistic.
Review: Whenever I feel that the world is too mundane, all I have to do is open one of Anne's books. This book is best for those who have never really read any of McCaffrey's books. It explains the importance of each character in depth. It also inspires me when I have sketcher's block.
