Rating: Summary: They fixed the Fifth Age! Review: After Dragons of Summer Flame, Jean Rabe started writing some Dragonlance books. Frankly, they were very bad. But now the original authors Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman have fixed the Fifth Age! This book is great, well written, and very gripping! I got through it in a day because it was so interesting!
Rating: Summary: wierd but cool Review: This book started out kind of dull but it got more interesting with each chapter. We get to see Cyan Bloodbane come back to haunt the gandson of Lorac King of the elves
Rating: Summary: A must read for all you Dragonlance Fans! Review: Like I said, this book is a must! You won't be able to put this book down, its like magic! Don't listen to all the other reviews that explain how this book was a failure, they say this because they wanted the book to come out the way they wanted it to come out. You might be confused in the begining with all the new and unusual return of old but good characters, but as you read further on, you'll be amazed at the outcome of events. Weis and Trickman really hooked it up with this book and you'll tear your face of in desperation for the next book to come.
Rating: Summary: simply stunning Review: All I can say is that this book is the crown of my Dragonlance collection. Absolutely a must read for Dragonlance lovers.
Rating: Summary: amazing ! Review: it's going to be very very difficult to wait for the next book. it was like coming back to old friends. a must read if you liked the chronicles etc.
Rating: Summary: A slow, but good start Review: I feel the first book started off too slow, dragging out the plot for the series. However it was masterfully written(as to be expected)explaining all the changes that occured over the years and plenty of foresight of what's to come. I have become completly enchanted by the DRAGONLANCE books, reading CHRONICLES, LEGENDS, THE SECOND GENERATION, SUMMER FLAME, and now this book(only two weeks after starting AUTUMN TWILIGHT[the first book]).After reading the reviews it seems the big question is "Who is The One True God?" The answer is on pg.373 in black and white. This book is a must.... But not before the others. READ THE BOOKS IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER!
Rating: Summary: dragons of a fallen sun Review: Dragons of a Fallen Sun is one of the best books i've ever had the pleasure to read, I'd give this book five stars for its imaginative plot or its subtle intrigues. But you want to know why it really deserves five stars. I'll tell you why. The Master of the past and present, Raistlin Majere Is returning! to play an undoubtedly important role in the war of souls trilogy. Raistlin Majere is the greatest fantasy character ever created. Yes, out of all the characters, Haplo, Drizzt, even the lowsy bilbo baggins, Raistlin Majere is truly the greatest. It will be great to once again see Raistlin Majere in the picture in the upcoming novels in the War of Souls trilogy
Rating: Summary: More enigmatic than the all the others Review: This book was overall an extremely avid addition to the Dragonlance series, but it has more mysteries and unanswered questions than all the other books, which leaves the reader rather unsatisfied at the end, with feelings that r mixed; you either really want the next book in the series to come out, or you dont know what to think. This book, more than anyother, probably isnt recommended for newcomers to the series, cuz you wont know what the ehll is going on... Peace out, an till the next book comes out...
Rating: Summary: As if I were meeting an old friend after a long time... Review: The world of Krynn has seen changes in the hands of great writers, and pits in the hands of others. The Krynn of greatness returns to us in the hands of it's creators: Weis and Hickman. Once I started reading I didn't put it down until I finished. Litteraly. It's unique, great, awesome. It's an epic, a new legend being born. I highly recomend it to whoever wants to read the best of Fantasy.
Rating: Summary: A Must-read! Review: This book follows the tradition laid down by its predecesors, The DragonLance Chronicles and Twins. Not only was I not disappointed, I literally couldn't put this book down. Several old charcters return from the Chronicles and Twins, and two characters, one good and the other evil, make a shocking return. Neverthless, this book is a must for all avid DragonLance readers and fans alike!
