Effective Meditations for Weight Control

Review: I enjoyed this tape, I borrowed it from the library. If you have not yet tried a guided meditation and you are interested in weight management, this would be an ok place to start. It will give you practice to create your own meditations.

I don't think I'd buy this tape, but I WOULD buy the other one by this outfit "Lose weight automatically." As the other reviewer said, it's misnamed, but still fun to listen to; it's upbeat and positive.
