Review: We have Nischala Joy Devi's Audio Cassette series, Relax, Move and Heal. We have found them extremely helpful,particularly for people like ourselves, who live very busy scheduled lives. The positive impact on a patient with a heart problem, such as my husband's, clearly helped reverse his condition. Diet and exercise are important, but that alone did not work for him. The addition of these tapes created a major difference in his healing process. They helped quiet his hyper-active mind which is the most difficult part and the most vital part for him. We are so glad to have these special tapes that are so easy to follow, in addition to being soothing with a flute accompaniament. As a concerned spouse, I "work" with my husband, using these tapes as a preventative measure. It really does add to one's well-being.
