Summary: Easy to understand, well documented, a must read!
Review: I thoroughly enjoyed the book. It has some great insights to the significant flaws in the evolution theory. I've read a commentary that the Christians should give up on this argument. As far as I can see, there's only two possible origins of human life--chance or creator. I definitely believe in the creator and this book helps to reveal that there is no possible CHANCE that man started from nothing, evolved into something better than his origin without a design and a designer. Evolution has to violate the laws of thermodynamics that apply to everything else in the universe except evolution--mmmm, doesn't make sense. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanted to investigate this topic!

Summary: Silly
Review: It is hard to understand why some want to see evolution as such a big issue. Christians would be better of letting it go and fight other battles. This book illustrates how pointless it is. If you reject evolution you have to reject 1. The theory of continental drift 2. The big bang theory 3. Carbon dating 4. Most contempory Geology 5. Most modern theories relating to the universe

The only people who fight evolution are those who have no knowledge of the implication of what they are doing. That is rejecting most of what is our modern understanding of the world.

Religion can exist with evolution but when it rejects it, it puts itself in luny land.

Summary: TRUTHFUL,BRILLIANT,AND A PAIN IN THE BUTT FOR EVOLUTIONISTS
Review: THE FACE THAT DEMONSTRATES THE FARCE OF EVOLUTION is the book that should be given to students in high schools for it shows the TRUE facts that prove that evolution is nothing but a hoax. It opens the eyes of incredulous people and clears the mind of those who believe. Read it. I guarantee that you will get something out of it.

Summary: The Truth Hurts
Review: After reading several hateful reviews of this title from anti-creationists, I knew it must contain the truth, so I read it. For the world will reject the truth of creation. "First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say 'Where is this coming he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.' But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water. By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed." II Peter 3:3-6. Most evolutionists will say they are opened minded, but they are just as devoted to their religion of evolution as Christians are of their relationship to Christ. Evolutionists and creationists hold to religious positions and what they do with the evidence that is out there will be determined by the beliefs of their religious bias. To quote Ken Ham "It is not a matter of whether one is biased or not. It is really a question of which bias is the best bias with which to be biased". This book helps prove that the best bias is the creation model. It will help Christians with their apologetic. But since the evolutionist can not accept any evidence for Man being created by God,(for if they do they will not be evolutionists)they should not read it anyway. DEO VINDICE

Summary: Full of Common Sense Reasons to Dought Evolution
Review: Hanks book follows his normal logic. He presents in an ordered sequence and gives both the believer and the sceptic sound common sense reasons why evolution not only did not occur but cannot occur. I recommend this to anyone who believes that God chose evolution as the means of creation.

Summary: How you view your origins is how you live your life.
Review: "The Face that Demonstrates the Farce of Evolution" is only one of many books that support creation over evolution. This book gets straight to the point, and in a readable style that just about any one can understand. Hanks book does much more than demonstrate the farce of evolution.

Hank has made me truly understand that how one views his or her origin (that is, did we come from algae or were created by God) definitely determines how one lives their life. Accepting and living under the umbrella of a God-created universe is the only genuine way to add purpose and meaning to your life.

Hank's objective has been achieved by this book. It is simple, and takes the time to show that the theory of evolution has many flaws, including but not limited to F-A-C-E. This book is a great starting point for anyone with a real interest in origins, creation, philosophy, etc. Your next book might well be a more detailed book like "Defeating Darwinism by Opening Minds" by Phillip E. Johnson. Or maybe, "The Case for Christ" by Lee Strobel.

The narrow road (accepting creation and living within the constraints that our creator has set for us, Ten Commandments, Golden Rule, etc.) is the best road in life. It gives your life meaning. It gives the definition of a family meaning. It explains birth and death. It gives meaning to truth.

Today, the line between truth and falsehood is not only being blurred, it is being obliterated. Take the high road, and walk the narrow path for the sake of your creator.

Thanks for reading my review

Summary: Racism in Christianity vs Racism in Evolution
Review: Wow. I'm really struck by the number of reviews that deny the inherently racist aspects of Evolution. The popular theme seems to be that the validity of Evolution should not be disparaged because supporters of Evolution have been racists. I can agree with that. Evolution should be judged on the evidence. But it is simply wrong to make any comparison between racist "Evolutionists" and racist "Christians". Any way you slice it Christianity (defined as the canonical teachings of Christ in the New Testament and various Hebrew writers in the Old Testament) does not advocate racism. Therefore one may not blame Christianity for racism any more than one could blame the U.S. Constitution if a man committed mass murder and said that the Second Amendment gave him the right to do so. There is simply no connection, and none is formed by any claim to the contrary. Conversely, racism (and culturalism), as it is popularly defined, is the primary philosophical implication of Evolution (I will defend this point more in a moment, but first I'd like to note that subscribing to Evolution does not make one a racist. It is quite possible to hold non-racist philosophies that trump Evolution when it comes to formulating one's opinion of others.). One must ask this question: What is considered "success" in Evolutionary terms? Simply, the propagation and dominance of ever-higher-order beings. It is important to note that this goal is not restricted to interspecies competition (people vs. spotted owls), but extends to intraspecies competition (Dalmations vs. Great Danes). By that standard it is nonsensical for society to worry about helping the poor. If they can't make it they should be left to their own devices. If they cause trouble, they should be done away with. If one particular racial or cultural group has problems gaining admission to this or that college, too bad. In fact, it is very possible that by wasting a huge amount of resources caring for non-productive members of the human race (those who consume more than they produce and have no potential to increase to a self-sufficient state) we as a race are displaying a fatal trait that will lead to our extinction at the hands of a more ruthless, superior civilization. :)

Summary: A Big Disappointment
Review: I bought this book not because I seriously entertained the possibility that evolution didn't happen. I settled that years ago when I took the time to understand the issues at hand. One thing creationists fail to understand is that if you are trying to explain something, call it X, you either come up with a plausible mechanism or explanation of X, or you simply say I don't understand. If a machine breaks down, we either find the problem and fix it or we say we don't know and replace it.

I was frankly very dissapointed with the book. Not only is it shallow and trite in the treatment of evolution - it isn't even defined in the text - but it revels in taking quotations out of context.

One example of a quotation taken out of context is the one by Monod that chance is the sole source of order in evolution. If he bothered to read the passage in context, he would have understood that Monod was simply making the observation that evolution depends upon mutations to occur in a statistically unpredictable non-directed way which is in turn sorted out by natural selection. For the life of me, I cannot understand how creationists think that evolutionists are so stupid to think that evolution occurs by chance like monkeys typing away and producing sonnets. It ought to be mounted on the rooftops - NATURAL SELECTION IS NOT CHANCE. Natural selection is the cumulative effect of small gradual changes built up usually over long periods of time. The so-called impossibility of producing long complicated strings like the haemoglobin molecule from DNA changes in a short time has been proven false, as is claimed in the book (and using statistics from Behe's book). This has been demonstrated in the lab such as selected RNA strains time and time again. Refer to good examples in "Selection - the Mechanism of Evolution" by biologist Graham Bell.

Another quotation famously by now out of context is the one by Colin Patterson. Patterson was pointing out that transitional forms are not found at the specific level - the level of species but have been found between major groups - e.g., Reptiles and Mammals. This is true for at least two reasons. First, it is difficult to define a species in paleontology because all you have to go by with different forms is the bones. Second, statistically it is more likely that large wide ranging species will be fossilized - therefore, transitions will generally only be found between one set of large wide ranging species to another later large wide ranging species and as such there is room for plently of change to occur in between. There isn't sufficient appreciation of how poor the fossil record really is and how remarkable the transitions are given this fact. Almost none of the species alive today are found in fossils. A minor point on the Archaeopteryx - it is a transitional form because it shares features common to either reptiles or birds but not both, and it is irrelevant to this that the latest one has a bony sternum - there are still plenty of purely reptilian features to the skeleton - see any competent paleontology text.

I could go on and on with the mistakes and misunderstandings in the book without dealing with all the inflammatory rhetoric in the book. For example, Hanegraaff says that enthropy does not work on living things without the mysterious property of teleonomy. What does he mean? In plants, photosynthesis happens as a well known yet still to be fully understood chemical process in the cloroplasts. Basically sunlight is used to transform carbon dioxide into basic sugars with oxygen as a byproduct. Complex but nothing mysterious.

Every argument almost with out exception put forth by creationists and anti-evolutionists have been based on misunderstandings and taking scientific statements out of context. I'm sorry to say but this book will make no impact on rational curious seekers of the truth. Actually, I feel sorry for people like Mr. Hanegraff who populate their world with such flat and impoverished views. I challenge him to not be threatened by the grandeur of evolution.

Summary: Well put for a right on subject
Review: Hank does an awesome job of attacking the farce of evolution. He has helped me understand more completely how the fossil record is truely an embarrassment to the evolutionists. It was truely helpful as I was studying for my research paper. It is the best book on this subject that I could actually read through without getting bored for once which usually happens when I read books about so-called scientific issues. Thanks a lot for the great reading!!
