Summary: Made you think, huh?
Review: Curtis is a trip!! This man thinks he knows all the tricks to woo a woman comes to find out he didnt know squat!!! I was so suprised that his daughter was so naive and such a smart mouth. This book is a prime example of a child not having their father's attention seeking attention else where because of it. We have this too much in out community. This was my first book I read from Kimberla Roby Lawson and I can't wait until the sequel coming out in February. Good Job, MZ KIMBERLA!!! Definately a page turner!

Summary: An interesting point of view
Review: This story depicted unfaithful church members and, in particular, the head clergy. It had back story plots on the minister's family where things were totally amuck. I've also read a novel dealing with church/family drama called LUST OF THE FLESH which I highly recommend. It's a story about a district attorney who's caught up in a web of deceit, lies, murder, mystery, suspense, love, lust, romance and sex galore! Is he really the biological father of his wife's promiscuous teenage daughter's infant son? Or has he been set up? The novel offers enlightening messages throughout the book. Enjoy the read!

Summary: Toooo Good to Put Down
Review: After reading "Casting The First Stone" I had to read "Too Much of a Good Thing". Both books were wonderful and I couldn't put it down! Kimberla, you go gurl and keep on writing and I'll keep on reading! This book is a must read, but read "Casting the First Stone" first.

Summary: Praisie for Kim Lawson Roby Writing Ability
Review: I just want to say that Too much of a good Thing is a sequel that had me on the edge of my sit from the very beginning. I love her ability to write and to come up with a new twist on ever page. I just want to give her the praise for her outstanding job to the sequel Casting the first Stone.

Summary: Will he ever learn?
Review: Curtis, Curtis, Curtis! Some dogs just keep up with the same old tricks. Curtis Black is back and can't deny his worldly needs. From Adrienne to Charlotte to Mariah, I don't know what to say! This book was VERY good. Mrs. Roby has done it again. I look forward to her next novel. I hope that somehow she can squeeze in a trilogy about Rev Black.

Summary: Magnificent
Review: Oh My Goodness!!!!This book was all that and a bag of chips. Curtis Black has not learn his lesson yet. Kimberla Lawson makes the pages of her books come alive. When ever I read one of her books I can not put it down. If you have not read one you are missing a treat. Keep up the good work!!!
