Summary: I finally know what happened to Solo before he met Obi-wan
Review: I never was much interested in reading the Star Wars books because so many authors had come in to work on the same set of books. I didn't seem all too original to me. When i read this I had simply picked it up off the shelf in the library and ended up spending half the afternoon reading it before i realized that the library was near closeing. I would suggest this book to any one.

This series of books finally explains the whole checkered past of that crazy pilot with a sarcastic sense of humor. Now you know why Jabba the Hutt was so mad at Solo.

Summary: i loved it
Review: this book was great i couldn't stop reading it. i don't usually read but now that i've started i can't stop.i started reading about a year ago with the book shadows of the empire. it was a really good book. i didn't know what to read next so i stared reading this book. it was amazing that something could take up more of my time than video games and computer. im upset that i finished the book, but now i get to read the next two. the only thing i was confused about was that i thought humans and corellians were two different things. i'm probably wrong but thats what i thought. well anyways if you don't read this book you don't know what your missing.

Summary: One of the greatest books ever!!!!!!!!!
Review: It is an awesome book. It by far has my favorite characters. I like Dewlanna and Muuurgh and Bria. I could go on and on about the characters. I also loke the plot. I read the book in just 8 hours. I couldn't put it down. Then I started on the other books she wrote in the series. I think Rebel Dawn was equally good. I finished the series in 1 1/2 days. I can't believe that I was able to stay up all night and read the series.

Summary: Best of the best
Review: I have read all Star Wars novels minus about five published by Bantam and so far the Han Solo trilogy stays as my favorite of these and Paradise Snare is the best book in the trilogy. A.C. Crispin has done really superb research and the book(s) maintain consistency with every other material available. In addition this book in itself offers so much suspense, action, etc. etc. etc. that I read this book in just two days. If you don't have this one yet, storm your local bookstore and demand they sell it to you.

Summary: Not cheesy like some of the Star Wars novels...
Review: Yes a lot of them are cheesey, and only interesting to fans. But this one (the whole trilogy really, but this is the best) is something all together different.

It begins with Han when he is young, and his troubled childhood. It isn't, however, dealt with in the stereotypical way. This book never reduces Han to a stereotype. It discusses hes great hopes and goals, and how desperate he is to achieve them. This to is treated beautifully and with all seriousness. The inevitable love story is also unique, but I dont want to give things away. Even the descriptions of the planets are incredible...

There is not enough I can say to reccomend this book. It is a great piece of literature for ANYONE, not only Star Wars fans. The author obviously put love and effort into this trilogy. It is NEVER boring... NEVER predictable... You will love it!

If I had ANY qualms about the book, it would be the overuse of the word scruffy... But then its almost something we come to expect in any book with Han in it :)

Summary: This book really stands out!!!
Review: This book is the first Star Wars book written by a woman I read. I really didn't expect very much and when I started reading it, I didn't feel nothing, but that's just because I didn't want to expect too much. When I came through the first pages I was amazed. Is it possible, that the Star Wars book writtend by a woman could be that good? I didn't believe it. Surely I was amazed. The story is just superb, so .... so ... good. Nothing about Han Solos past is missing. Really. It starts when he is about fifteen, I think. And later it reveals what was before that.

Everyone who knows a little about Star Wars and is interested in Han Solos past should read this book. Go and get it!!!!

Summary: This book was awesome!
Review: A. C. Crispin did a good job, showing us Han's past. Han had a rough childhood. I thought, he did a great job!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best PREQUAL of any star wars books
Review: This trilogy is about young HAN SOLO, it tells of his hard life as a pick pocket, pilot and lover. I feel this story gives Han a real human side, it also helps to explain his distrust for his fellow man (OR ALIEN) If I had my way, I would have these three novels on the big screen. YOU MUST BUY THESE NOVELS!!!
